Giorgio Gandaglia

Giorgio Gandaglia is a Urologist at the Department of Urology, San Raffaele Hospital, Milan, Italy and Assistant Professor of Urology at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University, Milan, Italy. He earned his MD in 2011 at the Vita-Salute University, Milan where he also pursued residency in the year 2017. He completed a Research Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the Cancer Prognostics and Health Outcomes Unit, University of Montreal Health Center, Montreal, Canada under the supervision of Prof. Pierre I. Karakiewicz in the year 2013. He also held a fellowship at the OLV Robotic Surgery Institute, Aalst, Belgium, under the supervision of Prof. Alexandre Mottrie in the year 2015.

Dr. Gandaglia has written and coauthored more than 350 peer-reviewed journal articles (PubMed) and his H-Index is 43 (Scopus). He serves as Reviewer for the main urologic journals and in the year 2015 he was selected as Reviewer of the Year by European Urology. Dr. Gandaglia is the chairman of the EAU Young Academic Urologists Working Party – Prostate Cancer. Moreover, he is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Society of Urology (SIU). His main clinical and research interests are focused on uro-oncology and, in particular, prostate cancer and bladder cancer.

Dr. Sumeet Karna is a consultant urologist at C P Hospital located in far-western part of Nepal. He has been working in the field of Urology since the beginning of his career in 2012; firstly as House Officer and then as Post-graduate trainee under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Jagdish Lal Baidya at B&B Hospital for completion of FCPS (Urology). His clinical interests include Endourology, Reconstructive urology, Uro-oncology and minimally invasive surgery. Ankur Mittal


Dr Ankur Mittal has completed his urology residency at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) Chandigarh, one of the premier medical institutions of India. He is now working as an Associate Professor and Head at AIIMS Rishikesh.

Dr Ankur has had an excellent academic record, receiving a number of awards and has authored over 50 articles and book chapters. He has also been invited as guest speaker at a number of conferences. He is the program Director of PDCC Course in Female Pelvic medicine and reconstruction /Urogynaecology in his institute, which is probably first of its kind in nation. Dr Ankur Mittal is the pioneer in Robotics Urooncology in state Uttarakhand and presently heading the Division Robotic surgery in AIIMS Rishikesh.

Taufiq Nur Budaya


My name Taufiq Nur Budaya, born in Surabaya, 29th of August 2021, Now I am living at Malang, as a lecturer at Urology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya Malang, Indonesia. I got Medical Doctor Degree from Universitas Brawijaya Malang in 2009, and urologist from Universitas Airlangga Surabaya in 2017. I had several award during my study, best graduate student in Universitas Brawijaya (October, 2009), Best poster at Indonesian urological association annual scientific meeting (October 2012) and 4th winner Astelas award at Indonesian urological association annual scientific meeting (October 2012). Now I’m ada PhD student in Universitas Brawijaya (2nd year) and my dissertation is about bladder cancer biomarker. I had interested in Urology Oncology and laparoscopic surgery, from that I did several fellowship in other country to study more about oncology and laparoscopic surgery my first fellowship in Laparoscopic Urologic Surgery at Bin Danh Hospital, Vietnam (May-June 2018) continue with another fellowship on Uro-oncology, Robotic and Laparoscopic Urologic Surgery at Juntendo University Hospital, Tokyo, Jepang (December 2018-May 2019). In 2020 I had my uro-oncology consultant degree from Indonesian urological collegiate.

Prof. Giorgio I. Russo is Associate Professor in Urology at the University of Catania since 2020. He has been research and Clinical fellow at the Department of Urology at the University of Tübingen with Prof. A. Stenzl from July 2017 to January 2018.

He is Chairman of the EAU Young Academic Urologists – Men’s Health working group and Ex-Officio member of the YOU and the ESAU section.

He is statistical analyst at the Urological clinic of the University of Catania with more than 150 public publications (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=russo+gi). On 2019, He has been awarded with the Ferring 2019 Grant for a project on bladder cancer and on 2021 with the Young Academic Urologist Award of the European
Association of Urology.

Public speaker at many international (EAU, AUA, SIU) and National congresses in the field of andrology, sexual medicine and uro-oncology.


Michiel Sedelaar


Michiel Sedelaar is an oncological urologist, specialized in prostate cancer care. He is an assistant professor, chef de Clinique and vice chair of the department of urology at the Radboudumc, Nijmegen The Netherlands.

He finished his medicine studies in Leiden (1998) and started a PhD project at the Radboudumc in Nijmegen on the use of contrast enhanced ultrasound for prostate cancer diagnostics (finished 2001). After finishing his urology residency in 2007 (Radboudumc) he was a post-doc research fellow for 2 years at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutes in Baltimore (MD), USA (2008-2009). Since 2010 he is an onco-urologist at the department of urology, Radboudumc.

He has been very active in the EAU, from his residents days on: first as secretary of the ESRU (2004- 2006), as resident member of the EUSP (2004-2006), as member of the Residents Office (2006-2007), founder and first chairman of the EAU-YAU (2009-2013) and as chair of the EAU-Young Urology Office (2013-2021). He is also a board member of the EAU (2013-2021).

His research interests are: imaging of prostate cancer, focal therapy for prostate cancer (both with the MAGIC group of Jurgen Fütterer), robotics, intra-operative imaging and CRPC.


Yeow Siying


Dr Yeow Siying is a Consultant Urologist practicing at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in the North of Singapore. In 2018, she attained her specialist accreditation and status as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons ( Glasgow). She has a special interest in Endourology as well Functional and Reconstructive Surgery. She has presented at multiple international Urological conferences and has several publications in peer-reviewed journals. In line with her other interest in Education, she is a Core Clinical Faculty Member in the National Healthcare Group Urology Residency programme, a clinical lecturer at both Singapore universities for undergraduate medical education, and was also
recently awarded the Postgraduate Teaching Excellence Award in 2020.
